ARDA Supply Chain & Strategic Consulting was founded by Fatma Aksu, a supply chain and strategic procurement professional with a strong academic background and extensive cross-industry experience in procurement, sourcing and industrial supply management.

After graduating with honors from Izmir University of Economics on a full scholarship in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, she built her professional career by managing procurement, supplier development and supply chain operations across multiple industries including defense, aviation, retail, medical products, food manufacturing, construction, industrial manufacturing and home appliances.

Throughout her career, she has managed complex procurement processes, international sourcing operations, supplier performance systems and strategic purchasing activities while developing strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, engineering companies and industrial solution providers.

These experiences led to the foundation of ARDA not simply as a trading company, but as a strategic industrial supply ecosystem connecting manufacturers, suppliers, procurement structures and project-based demands within a single operational network.

Today, ARDA operates as a multi-industry supply chain ecosystem that enables consolidated sourcing solutions across different sectors.
