ARDA Supply Chain & Strategic Consulting was founded by Fatma Aksu, a supply chain professional with a strong academic background and extensive hands-on experience in procurement, global sourcing and industrial supply management.

After graduating with honors from Izmir University of Economics with a full scholarship in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, she built her professional career by managing procurement, sourcing and supply chain operations across multiple industries.

Throughout her career she has gained practical experience in the supply chains of retail, medical products, food manufacturing, construction, home appliances, automotive, defense and aviation industries, managing supplier networks, international sourcing operations and complex procurement processes.

By developing efficient procurement strategies and implementing supply chain optimization practices, she has helped organizations reduce operational costs, strengthen supplier networks and improve overall profitability across different sectors.
